Thank you for downloading my free “Investment Portfolio Dashboard” template. This template will help you keep track of your various investment account balances, shares, cost basis, market value, open P&L, etc. I use this template as much as I can to get a better aggregate picture of my investments as they are with various different brokerages/platforms. I find it very useful to see a snapshot of them in one place, this way I am able to manage them together and make sure my asset allocation and balances are on target. Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions and I will be happy to make updates.
How To:
I have used examples throughout the template so that you have an idea of how it works. You can simply delete the “Account Names” and numbers used and input your own and the formulas used will stay in place.
Start by:
Adding your investment/crypto account names to the first table, total balance (including investments), as of date (to note the date you made the update), and the login URL for easy access.
“Toggle” the Holdings section to see the table for each account. Again, you can change the account name, holdings, and information. For simplicity, formulas are already active so:
Tip ***For “Cash” you will have to input the cash $ amount in “Price” and then for “Shares” input “1” and then it will be added to your account value.
Lastly, to add another account or holding simply select “New” at bottom of table and a row will be generated. To add another “Holdings” toggle, simply highlight an existing toggle by clicking the dots to the side of it then from the dropdown menu select “duplicate.”
